- Host a wellbeing space - some snacks, some games, some wellbeing resources and a space for students to chill and get away from the stresses of university life.
- Put on a stall informing people of why it is important to take care of their mental health and signpost where to get support (both in university and externally). If you can’t do a stall you could share this support digitally
- Encourage people to get outdoors and do an activity, you could organise a local nature trail walk or city tour, staying active is great for our mental health.
- Create a “chill out” zone where students can get away from the pressures of deadliness and university and just take a moment for themselves.
