How to prepare for University Mental Health Day 2024
With 2.86 million students currently studying in UK universities, there is an increasing number of students accessing support services, experiencing distress and mental illness and having to leave university due to mental health difficulties.
We believe it doesn’t have to be this way, but we can only do that with your help, one way you can do this is by taking part in University Mental Health Day on Thursday 14th March.
During this webinar, we’ll provide information and advice about the day and help you to put on your own events, share our resources and make a difference to university mental health by being part of the change!
